Leominster will be conferring the Freedom of the Town on the Rifles on Saturday 16th July 2011. All are most welcome to attend and the details are:

1725 The Mayor of Leominster arrives on Parade

1730 The Lord Lieutenant of Herefordshire arrives on Parade

1730-1750 Inspection

1750-1800 Freedom Ceremony

1800-1815 Parade marches off

1815-1850 Sounding Retreat by the Band & Bugles of the Rifles

Car Parking – Please note that Etnam Street Car Park will only be open for ticket holding guests. You should therefore allow sufficient time to park elsewhere in Leominster. 

Reunion – The Light Infantry and Rifles Association Reunion Supper will take place in the RBL Club in South Street after Sounding Retreat. Please book in with Capt Terry Marsh (Tel No: 07940 325825).
