A Country Christmas at Powis Castle 20th & 21st December 2010

For the first time ever Powis Castle will be opening its doors for an Edwardian Christmas. The ground floor rooms of the castle will be open by guided tour only and will be dressed with traditional festive decorations. Get your Christmas shopping underway by visiting the winter fair in the Ballroom, with its range of gift craft and food stalls, and then visit Santa in his grotto. Work up an appetite with a brisk stroll of the gardens, followed by a delicious warming lunch in the restaurant.
