Kington Show is a traditional agricultural show with Horse, Cattle, Sheep, Dog and Horticultural classes together with Young Farmers competitions, Shearing competitions and Farrier demonstrations. New Chairman Mr Dick Allford, "this year we have in place something for everyone, for all ages, from a Rodeo Bull and children's rides to demonstrations, competitions, even an after show dance, Kington Show is a social gathering, but more importantly a value day out for all the family to enjoy".
The Show Society, has again organised a shuttle bus running to and from Kington throughout the day, this has been kindly sponsored in part by Sargeants Brothers Ltd. There will be a 29 seater low floor bus leaving Mill Street in the morning on the ½ hour starting at 10am and in the afternoon leaving the showground on the ½ hour, the last journey leaving the showground will be 6.30pm. This will be free.

OPENING TIMES: 9am-6pm. ENTRY FEES: £7 adults, £5 pensioners, £3 10-16 year olds, children up to 10 years free, parking is free. For any information in connection with the show phone the secretary on 01544 260602.
