Situated in the heart of North Herefordshire is the very pretty village of Kingsland.On the Black and White Trail offering all the amenities one can expect in a village including a church, a general stores with tea room and post office, and two pubs. The village green leading down to the river makes for good walks and the 14thC church built by the Mortimers has some interesting features.

The property benefits from being completely refurbished , off road parking, and a large private back garden looking out onto fields. Dogs are welcome.

There are 3 double bedrooms, 2 can be used as twins and 1 has en suite shower room. Seperate bathroom.

Oil central heating, parking for 2 cars. Cot and high chair available.

Dogs welcomed.( not upstairs).

No Smoking.

Short breaks – 3 or 4 nights can start any day to suit, for longer breaks contact us for prices.

Weekly – 7 nights can start Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Monday, for more than one week contact us for prices.
