The three self contained cottages are spacious, comfortable and attractively furnished with antique and modern furniture. They are equipped to a very high standard and each includes a washing machine, microwave, refrigerator, kettle, iron and gas cooker, a generous quantity of china, crockery, glassware and cutlery. For the convenience of guests, items such as sharp knives, napkins, cafetiere, corkscrew, tin opener are also included. To help you relax and enjoy your holiday there are animals to see, books to read, games to play, a television with video and an abundance of tourist literature.
The accommodation is spacious and all the cottages have either sofas, extra beds or bed settees that could accommodate another two people if required. Please contact us if you intend to use this option.
Depending on availability, bed and breakfast accommodation is sometimes available in the cottages.
Breakfasts are substantial and use the best of seasonally available local produce.

One of the meadows has been set aside as a simple camping site where those who love peace and quiet can enjoy life under canvas.
Arrival and Departure Times:
Cottage bookings are from Saturday to Saturday and 3 night short breaks are available out of season. The cottages will be ready from 4.OOpm on the day of your arrival and guests must leave by 1O.OOam on the day of departure.
Electricity, Heating and Hot Water:
Electricity and gas are included in the rental charge. Full oil fired central heating and hot water are also supplied at no extra charge.
Pets and Smoking:
For the convenience of all visitors the cottages are strictly no smoking and no pets.
Bed Linen:
All beds have electric blankets, duvets and pillows. All bed linen is provided. Towels: These too are provided.

The Kitchen / Dining Room:
Has tablecloths, napkins, tea towels and dishcloths.
Children:
High chair are available. The gardens are safe for children to play in and to visit the animals.
